Types of plastic ball bearings

Deep groove (including NR)

Deep groove (including NR)
  • The single-row deep-groove ball bearing is the most common of all types of ball bearings.
  • It can carry not only a radial load but also axial loads in both directions.
  • Because of its low friction torque, it is suitable for uses that require high-speed rotation, low noise and low vibration.

Angular

Angular
  • The angular ball bearing can carry a radial load and an axial load in one direction.
  • Contact angles are formed between each ball and the inner ring, and between each ball and the outer ring. The larger the contact angle, the larger the axial load capacity. The smaller the contact angle, the faster the rotation.

Self-aligning ball bearing

Self-aligning ball bearing
  • The spherical surface of the outer ring has a center of curvature that coincides with the bearing center. During free rotation of the inner ring, balls and the cage around the bearing center, the centers are aligned.
  • The self-aligning ball bearing is best for cases requiring asymmetrical centering.

Thrust

Thrust
  • The thrust ball bearing can carry an axial load in one direction.

Miniatures

Miniatures
  • Bearing miniatures.
  • We also manufacture miniature thrust bearings.

ZZ-type
ZZ-type
Shapes of plastic bearings come in two types: Z-type and ZZ-type. The open type is not provided. Water and chemicals themselves function as a lubricant for plastic bearings. We do not provide the sealed part with high tightness. To prevent plastic bearings from sucking in larger pieces of dust, use the ZZ-type because it has the same performance as the Z-type.
